Our Return Policy: No returns/refunds accepted after 7 days. If you're unsure about purchasing or have questions, please contact us before placing your order. We generally do not accept returns if the reason for the return is "I didn't know what sort of challenges the hunt contained or how the hunt worked."
Our Privacy Policy: We value your privacy as much as we value our own. We will not share (or sell) our customer information with anyone. Plain and simple. You may opt out of our mailing list* at any time by sending us an email. *Our mailing list is comprised of people who have purchased our games, requested information and/or entered our monthly drawing. We send out a short monthly newsletter and follow up on all inquiries and orders; otherwise we will not bother you.
IMPORTANT COPYRIGHT NOTICE: All of our games are fully protected under international copyright law. They are for your use only and may not be distributed to others in any way. They may be used for fundraising events (non-profit). None of our games may be produced as a FOR-PROFIT EVENT or for COMMERCIAL USE without contacting us for our express written permission and to discuss usage (we charge a nominal $12 royalty fee for each additional use of any game $24.95 and under). We do monitor the Internet for cases of piracy and copyright infringement/violations and we will pursue all cases within the full extent of the law.
About Susan Haley, Game Designer and Owner of Haley Productions
Susan Haley, is originally from Massachusetts
- where she started her company ba
ck
in 1987. In 1993, she relocated to Northern California with her
two Maine Coon cats, Sherlock and Watson. She still goes back to
Cape Cod to visit her family but California has become her home,
especially since May of 2001 when she married her husband Bill,
a corporate
advertising photographer and a native San Franciscan. From
the time she was a very young girl, Susan has always loved acting
and creative writing. She graduated Summa Cum Laude and has a BA
in Theater
Arts with a minor in Business Communications from Salem State College
in Salem, Mass., "where the witches are". To Susan, there's
nothing like doing a job about which you're absolutely passionate. Her
passion these days? Designing inspiring and creative do-it-yourself
scavenger
hunts, murder
mystery games, games for kids and team
building programs.
About Game Designer Debbie Shuler
Debbie Shuler lives in Columbia, South Carolina with her husband, two party-loving children and one very silly, adorable mutt named Holly. Her family had such a fun time hosting Operation Kovert Kids that she decided to collaborate with Susan Haley of Haley Productions to create Operation Birthday Bash and Operation Romantic Rendezvous.
